Just for quick reference, the size is listed as 19cm which is 7.4 inches. That's important for aesthetic reasons. If you want the bookends to be as tall as some of the LOTR books then you need the large size.
They are very detailed and are not cheap plastic - these are relatively heavy and high quality. Awesome looking and a great addition to any collection/shelf. As noted above though, if you're looking for certain aesthetic then go up to large.

I like the watch because I love ravens, but when I opened it, it was very dark to look at, also there was a scratch on the front of it. Looks like it was dropped shipped from china so Im assuming no one looked at it before shipping to me.
